On Saturday we went to the San Diego Zoo... it wasn't nearly as fun as SeaWorld and I don't think we'll go back anytime soon but it was fun to see the different animals and the kids' faces when they saw their favorites! It was pretty warm so the majority of the animals were sleeping - my favorite was watching the bears one was even taking a swim when we walked by which was really cool to see. Kambri loved seeing the Giraffes.... even though she was passed out when we first got to them we woke her up and she was mad, then excited. :) Addi loved watching the Monkey's that were actually awake enough to play, chase a ball around their cage - she thought that was hilarious! We rode the skytram at the end of the day which was fast... and not anything I would do again (it's only one way, then you have to stand in line to get back to where everything is...) but it was a nice break from all of the walking! After that we ate at a place called the Rock N' Bajia Grill which was a twist Seafood with a Mexican flare.... Then we let the kids go swimming, the water was FREEZING, but they loved every second of it!
