I try to do a Thankful post every year on Thanksgiving so here I am keeping the tradition! I am beyond grateful for my 2 amazing beautiful children. Little Kambri gives me an absolute run for my money, but I wouldn't trade her sassy attitude for the world - she really is my sour patch kid! Miss Addi has an absolute heart of gold, she has such a love for everyone around her she just lights up the room whenever she is around. Jake - man I am so thankful that I found him I seriously do not know what I would do without him - he works 3 jobs and makes sure that me and the girls are taken care of no matter what. Life just wouldn't be the same without him! :) My parents - where to even begin with them they are so incredible. I always wish to live up to their examples because they are just loving, giving, amazing people, I would not be the person I am today without them in my life. Matt, Shari & their gorgeous children - they completely make my life a lot easier! Matt although we don't talk much would do anything for me and always surprises me with his kind words & actions. Shari has become one of my absolute best friends over the years I can tell her anything and she always listens and never passes judgement. Justin, Kaylee & Kimber always make me so happy with how excited they are to see me & the girls and how comfortable they are with me to want to play at my house or ride with me somewhere, I'm so grateful our kids get to grow up together. Candyce, Sam & the girls - although you've moved far away I am grateful you are still in our lives and we can keep communication between us. Candyce - although we don't talk much anymore I'm glad that we can still randomly text each other about things we used to do or say all the time and still have a good laugh about it no matter when, where or why. Sam - although we've not been around each other a ton you're a good guy and I'm glad you can make my sister & my nieces happy. Jakayla - you are so smart, talented & you have an absolutely beautiful soul I'm so grateful that you've always been a big part of my life! Jadyn - you are an absolute spitfire and I love it - don't ever trade your confidence and sparkling personality for anything - it's an amazing trait & I love it! Gramma & Grandpa - I'm so glad that you live closer now although we don't spend a ton of time together it's nice to see you more than I ever did growing up. Getting to know you guys better has definitely been one of my greater memories in life - and I'm glad I have had the opportunity! Lauren - What can I say you keep me going whether I'm sad, mad, happy or anything in between. I'm so grateful that I have family members that I can rely on & I know can rely on me! :) You're one of my best friends and I wouldn't trade the memories that we've made for anything. I'm so thankful for Jake's dad Randy & his loving family - they have all taken us in with open arms & loved all of us from the very beginning. I can't express how much I love them and am so glad that they are a part of our lives.
I'm so grateful that I have a vehicle to drive - so that Addi can be in extra curricular activities and so that I am able to take her to school. I'm grateful that I have a job - especially one that allows me to be at home with my children so I can watch them grow & I don't have to rely on someone else to be their mentor. I'm grateful for our new home - we've had so many people help us along the way to get where we are today & I can't even tell you how much all of our lives have changed because of it. I'm grateful for the food we have in our cupboards, fridge & table every night - because my family is well fed & taken care of. I'm thankful for education - Addi has completely thrived this year in school and I am so grateful I know she will get a good education to become what she aspires to be in life. I'm thankful for God for always taking care of my family, watching over us - especially Jake, in his line of work I am constantly worrying about him and God makes sure he comes home safe & sound - words can't express how thankful I am for his safety. I'm very thankful for a working heater in our house & warm water in our showers - so many people don't have these luxuries and I feel blessed to be 1 of them.
I hope everyone remembers to be thankful for something every day because no matter if you are a having a bad day or a good day there is always something in your life that is good.
I love you all that are reading this & I hope you have a Happy Holiday!

Halloween
Addi had a Halloween party for dance on Friday so we dressed up both of the girls and took them. My little Ballerina & my beautiful Princess! (She told me she's Princess Aurora... because there was one day she wore a blue dress instead of her pink one.) The kids played games and danced at the party and of course got lots of candy! Addi also was able to wear her outfit to school they only let the Kindergartners and the 1st Graders wear them and they went on "parade" around the school. She thought that was the best thing ever! She also told me all about everyone else's costumes and she has the next 5 or 6 years planned out for what costumes she is going to wear. We took Kambri out to New Harmony (Addi was gone) to go Trick-or-Treating with Justin, Kaylee & Kimber. It was fun, she still doesn't understand the concept of knocking on the doors and getting the candy. We had to lift her up and stick her in front of the door most of the time because she doesn't like Halloween decorations! There was one door that she walked INTO the little old lady's house it was hilarious. We carved Pumpkins and made cookies on Thursday (Ghosts', Cat's & Pumpkins) my parents came over & helped. :) On Saturday Jake & I went to a Halloween party since the kids' were gone and that was a lot of fun, he went as "Keith Stone" & I was a devil (Addi picked it out.... do you think she's trying to say something?) If you don't know who Keith Stone is look here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tzc-dB8Xuk trust me you'll laugh!
Add's Pumpkin is "Bat Kitty", Kambri's is "Peek-A-Boo", Mine is the "Reaper" (Except his stick broke so it looks like a sock puppet.....) & Jake's is the "Creepy House" (I might've helped..... or did it... whatever)
