11 Months

This will be my very last month post before my baby turns 1. Man this girl is so FUNNY - she has such a cute little sense of humor for being such a little tike. She has smiles for days and is very rarely in what I would consider a bad mood or even grumpy!

She has learned to wave and waves at literally EVERYONE! When she wants to go somewhere she will have us pick her up and then she'll wave to everybody telling them goodbye, she's ready to ship out! She crawls literally everywhere and is into everything... she follows me around the house and chases her sisters all over the place. 

She still does not have a single tooth! My gummy bear is going to be just that for a while longer. :) 

She can say Momma and some rendition of Dada. She also says hi and occasionally something that sounds pretty dang close to yeah! She loves yogurt, popsicles and of course chocolate (she's mine duh!)

She weighs 18.5 Pounds

She is still in 6-9 month clothes that will probably change by the end of the summer. :)

Addi's Baptism

On Saturday my sweet Addi was baptized! I can't believe she's 8... time really has flown by! She was so lucky that her grandpa was able to baptize and confirm her as she became the newest member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We were so blessed by all the family that was able to come and how many people sent well wishes. We really appreciate everyone!

We had cake and she was able to open a few late birthday presents from her family. She got a barbie video camera and microphone so she can be a news anchor like she always pretends to be when she video's herself on my phone. :) She also got a phone.... I know, I know an 8 year old with a phone?! But it was very necessary with how much this girl is on the go so I can keep track of her!

Happy Baptism Day Addi we love you and are so proud of the choice you have made to follow your Heavenly Father!

Fish Lake

We just got back from spending 5 days in Fish Lake... and I loved EVERY minute of it!! It's so nice to go to a place with crappy cell phone reception and just relax. No technology, just relaxing and spending good quality time with the family. I wish Candyce & her family could've been with us this year but we will meet up soon enough. :) We spent a lot of time trolling and the guys caught some very nice Rainbow Trout! The kids loved anchoring down and catching lots of perch (although not quite as many as last time). Jake made sure that each kid got to reel in at least 1 fish. Addi learned how to drive the boat and it was fun to see her bonding with my dad while he taught her how. (Although her driving is not necessarily fantastic yet....) The kids had a lot of fun riding in the back of grandpa's truck too and from the marina.

We also took an evening drive up to Johnson's Reservoir and back along the way we saw more deer than you could imagine, Pelican's, Cranes, Seagulls, Geese and lots of Ducks. The kids had lots of fun pointing at all of the wildlife and of course just being together. :)

Thanks Mom & Dad for the awesome vacation can't wait to do it again!
