Camping & the 24th of July

We've been camping a few times this summer I just haven't really taken very many pictures! Well we went a couple of weekends ago and Randy was nice enough to bring Chance up so the girls could ride him. Kam was very proud of herself because she held the reins all by herself! Aria also went on her very first horse ride and I completely missed getting a picture of Addi riding. 

The girls have been having so much fun camping up the mountain riding 4-wheelers & the RZR with their cousins, going fishing, shooting guns and just spending time with the family! 

Jake worked a grave the night before the 24th but since Addi was in the parade he really didn't want to miss it so running on a couple hours of sleep we headed to the parade to watch Addi dance. She had a lot of fun doing cartwheels down the street. (She was very much in her element!) Aria had fun waving at all the people walking past. I got this sweet girls birthday pictures done a couple of weeks before her birthday. :) She looked so cute in her romper and the vintage props turned out perfect! I have the most amazing photographer ever and of course THE cutest model!

Aria Turns 1!

My little princess has turned 1! This year has flown by faster than I ever imagined it would - faster than Addi's 1st year by a long shot! This little sweetheart has been such a blessing and I cannot even imagine life with her. She has completed this family and made us happier than we ever were before. She lights up the room with her sweet smile and she has such a fun personality for such a small little thing! They say the best things come in small packages... they are absolutely right!

She finally is starting to enjoy big people food - it no longer makes her gag thank heavens! She LOVES Cheerios, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Ice Cream of any sort & basically anything the girls share with her.

She loves her sisters more than anything and won't leave their sides as long as they are home - and she gets so lonely & sad when they are gone. She has a special bond with each of them it is so much fun to watch. 

There are days where the only person she wants to hold her is Addi - and she ALWAYS wants Addi to take her for bike rides. 

She has a special language she only speaks with Kam & I swear Kam can actually understand her. They both just smile and talk to each other and eventually they both get the giggles - it is so sweet.

She loves when daddy packs her around - especially when he's in uniform because she loves all the shiny things that he wears. :) She tries to take off his badge constantly and presses buttons on his radio. She loves riding horses with him and when he takes her out on the town, just like the other 2!

She is standing on her own but not quite ready to walk, it will be coming really soon though. She loves movies, snuggling and playing with her toys. 

She finally has 1 tooth, it is not all the way through yet & she has been acting like another one is coming in.... but we have no evidence of it yet. This girl just likes doing her own thing on her own time! (I wonder where she gets that from?)

We are so blessed to have this sweet girl in our lives - and we cherish every moment with her!
