Valentine's Day

I love how much my babies LOVE Valentine's Day, it seriously just makes me happy knowing how much they love it. From dressing up, to giving presents, getting gifts and parties they serioulsy love this day like it's Christmas or a Birthday. Addi loves anything that is Sappy and Lovey... Kam is starting to get in that stage LOTS of kisses and hugs and "I Love You's" which I absolutely adore. They got super cute Valentine's outfits from my mom and loved dressing up in them feeling like "Princesses". Addi had a Valentine's party at school and scored lots of candy. Jake & I got the kids each a stuffed animal, some cake pops and something that they each love. (Kam got dinosaurs & Addi got stationary so she can write her "love" letters.) Jake of course bought me gorgeous flowers because he LOVES me!! Tonight after Addi gets out of Tumbling we're going to have pizza and a movie - perfect Valentine's Day with the love of my life and my 3 beautiful babies.

Trenton's Regional Wrestling

On Saturday inspite of the terrible winter storm we had we made our way to Richfield to watch Trenton wrestle for the Region title. It was snowing on our way there and after we turned onto I-70 we got stopped on the hill by the Highway Patrolman and no one could pass through the canyon for a while. So we watched movies and hung out for a while - we were pretty worried that we were going to miss him wrestle since it started at 6 and we didn't get there until about 6:15. Luckily there were still other matches going on so we got some downtime to B.S. with the family while we were waiting for his weight class to start. We waited around after he won his match to watch him receive his award and he was SO excited - this is his Senior year and it would be really cool if he took state! He wrestles for the State title this coming weekend in Provo good luck Trenton we love you!

JV Halftime Performance

My Prima Ballerina had a performance last week at the Boys JV Basketball game. Their little group has been doing so well their teacher wanted to let them perform somewhere and this was it! All the girls absolutely love their "Butterfly" routine and everyone loves watching them - they are just so cute. Kam of course danced with them on the sidelines and kept trying to run onto the court to join in the fun! It will be a lot of fun watching Kam do performances at the end of this year she is BEYOND ready to be in dance.

15 Week Bumpdate

How far along? 15 Weeks 2 Days

Maternity clothes? Yep

Sleep? What's that?!

Best moment in the past 4 weeks? We were able to see Baby T today :) heartbeat was at 150 BPM and everything looked fantastic! Addi & Kam both loved seeing the baby on the screen and were so excited to hear the heartbeat and see the baby moving.

Movement? Flutters & rolls so far no major kicks or jabs yet.

Food cravings? Same as last week still craving lots of dairy oh and Apples :)

Aversions? I don't have any major aversions right now

Symptoms? Headaches, Backaches & Exhaustion

Gender? Here is the shock of the week.... Dr is 90% certain it's a ..... BOY! I don't want to do a big announcement just yet until my ultrasound the first week of March.... but it is looking like that is definitely what it is! (Guess I'll have to have a massive yard sale to get rid of all the baby girl stuff and have a budget for a boy!)

Labor signs? Nope

Belly button in/out? In

What I miss: Being able to plan a vacation and not have to think... how pregnant will I be then?! haha

What I am looking forward to: I know this is baby unrelated... but getting my Concealed Weapons Permit next weekend, my 19 week ultrasound on March 5th & SPRING!!!

Milestones: Placenta Previa has cleared up thank heavens! Hit the 2nd trimester and in just 4 short weeks we'll be halfway done... crazy to think!

Vegas

On Saturday Jake & I headed down to Vegas for the George Strait concert. We got there a little early so we could go to Babies R Us before we checked into our motel have to get ideas for furniture! :) After we got done shopping we headed back to the strip to check into the motel. We've stayed at the Luxor the last few times we've been in Vegas because they've had good rates and nice rooms.... but it's pretty bad when you know where everything is in a motel because you've stayed there so often! :) After we got checked in and got ready we headed to dinner at our new favorite place to eat the PBR Rockbar & Grill with some friends. I love this place and recommend it to everyone they have good food, good prices and a good atmosphere, really fun place to go. After dinner we walked from the restaurant to the MGM to go to the concert, there are always the most fascinating people standing on the strip... never a dull moment!
Martina McBride was opening again for George this year and she is just incredible. I've always loved her music but it wasn't until I saw her in concert last year that I realized how incredibly talented she is! She did a completely different set this year and did a lot of cover songs which was a lot of fun but my favorite was when she sang "Free Falling" by Tom Petty.
George of course was spectacular he decided to sing a lot of songs that were off of his first 2 or 3 records from the early 80's most of which I had never heard so it was a lot of fun to hear something different! Not sure if that was honestly his "last" tour or not but I'm glad we got to see him again just in case it was!
