Alex's Wedding

This past weekend we went over to Moab to attend my Uncle Mike's step-daughter's wedding. (ha ha that was a mouthful!) It was up on the mountain at their event cabin - it was gorgeous up there. And it rained.... the entire wedding - poor girl! She looked so happy though I don't think she cared too much - they were all freezing and wet but all in all everyone had a good time! It was good to see family & friends - we definitely don't get to see them very often. I didn't get a ton of pictures because of the weather - I was limited to mostly under an umbrella on the deck - but here is what I got!

So here are the most recent... Which baby is bigger? photos. :) They are pretty dang close in size - Kaylee weighs a little more but hey she's got a few months on Kambri!

Escalante

Last Friday we drove over to Escalante to visit my dad & Matt on the job. Such a GORGEOUS drive! My mom, Shari & Kaylee were in the jeep & Me, Addi, Kambri & Justin were in my truck. We got separated in town and they went over the mountain and I went on the freeway. (I was going the only way I know how... ha ha) It wasn't too bad ... Justin started pinching Addi by the time we hit Parowan so Justin was giggling... Addi was crying and Kambri was just gabbing in her own little world. It was like this for the majority of the trip - & I guess Addi must've drank a gallon of water before we left because in a 2 hour trip I had to stop 4 times. :) Ahhhh the joy of kids ! We ended up getting to watch them work for a little bit - chased a snake through the bushes & had dinner with them. It was a nice little get away :)

This is just too cute I went into the bedroom and Addi had written her name in the dust on top of the dresser - she is so observant!
